WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT THAN THE OTHER EVENT RENTAL COMPANIES?
We focus sharply on one thing, setting up elegant event chairs on Folly Beach. We live and work on Folly Beach so we are not detracted by heavy traffic, lazy delivery drivers or offsite warehouse complications. 100% beautiful seating arrangements for your guests… on time and perfect.
HOW WILL YOU ENSURE MY EVENT GOES OFF WITHOUT A HITCH?
We utilize the latest inventory and scheduling technologies as well as strategic partnerships in the industry to ensure the availability of the services and equipment you wish to reserve.
ARE THE CHAIRS SET UP FOR ME?
Yes! Our staff will deliver and set up the chairs in the sand on the beach or any location you desire. We will do so with plenty of time for your guests to gather and celebrate while they wait for your grand entrance!
CAN WE DECORATE THE CHAIRS AND ARBOR?
Of course! We urge you to drape or tie any type of fabric or creative decoration you like without the use of adhesive, tacks, pins, nails or screws. Thin hemp rope is a beautiful and sustainable method.
WHAT IF I AM ONLY HAVING A SHORT CEREMONY ON THE BEACH? CAN’T WE JUST STAND?
On average, your guests will begin to gather 30-45 minutes prior to the bridal party entrance. In the intense Low Country heat and on hot sand, standing can be uncomfortable and especially difficult for elderly guests and young children. Your guests will appreciate the seat!
HOW LONG CAN WE KEEP OUR CHAIRS?
We want you to fully enjoy your event! We will set the chairs up early enough for you to enjoy the pre-ceremony. Immediately following the ceremony, our team will pick up the chairs.

WHERE WILL MY WEDDING BE?
We can set up in many great places along the beach but we have favorites that look great in photos and allow easy access for guests!
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
Rain on your big day is a sign of good luck!
WHAT IF MY NUMBER OF CHAIRS NEEDS TO BE CHANGED?
Please contact us with the changes as soon as possible to ensure your event has enough seating available. We recommend notifying our team at least 60 days prior to your wedding date with any requested changes.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All orders will have a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations must be made by email 60 days prior to service.
No refunds within 60 days of service
No rain or weather-related refunds unless the City requires evacuation for an imminent hurricane or storm.
